The museum's architecture is incredible! Made of glass, concrete and stainless steel, it rises like a headland at the tip of the confluence of the Rhône and the Saône.
Such a building could only house an exceptional museum: one where knowledge converges, science, technology and societies, to better understand the world… the Earth, humanity from its birth to today, history and geography.
The very contemporary scenography is original and shows off the exhibitions and their singularities beautifully. Many rest areas let everyone follow the visit routes at their own pace.
An unmissable stop on Lyon's cultural map, which has not finished surprising us, taking us on journeys and helping us grow.
