Château de Fozières

Hérault, Occitanie

The Château de Fozières is a former seigneurial residence at Fozières, in the Hérault, on the Larzac, in Languedoc. Its construction began in the 12th century and was largely completed in the first quarter of the 17th. Its first owners were members of the Fozières family.

The building, now private property, has been registered as a historic monument since 12 February 1951; the protection covers the three towers, the vaulted rooms and the first-floor stone fireplace. No recent source gives details of access or visits.
