Piscia di l'Onda
The Piscia di l'Onda is a waterfall of about fifty metres near the village of Moca-Croce, in the Corse-du-Sud. It falls into a natural pool where swimming is possible at the foot of the fall.
The approach walk starts from the D757 towards Argiusta-Moriccio, from a small car park near a bridge, or from the car park near the Croce cemetery, depending on the route. Allow about three quarters of an hour to reach the foot of the waterfall along a shady, fairly easy path with a few climbs. A ruined old wheat mill stands at the start of the path.
The site is in the Corsica Regional Nature Park, whose rules apply. Piscia di l'Onda is the Corsican name of several waterfalls, so take care not to confuse them.
