Lac de Guerlédan et Gorges du Daoula

Morbihan, Bretagne

Lac de Guerlédan winds between the Daoulas gorges and the Quénécan forest. It is a superb site for walks or water activities.

A magnificent body of water formed by the impoundment of the Blavet, it is one of the most beautiful sites of inland Brittany. Surrounded by the Quénécan forest (4,000 hectares), its landscape changes from one bend to the next. Guerlédan combines water sports, climbing, hiking and/or horse riding. Sports trails and mountain biking, not forgetting the discovery of a unique heritage (Bon Repos abbey, Forges des Salles, Tree of Jesse at Saint-Aignan). This vast expanse of 400 hectares stretches over 12 km and separates the Côtes-d'Armor and Morbihan départements.
