Domaine de Kerguehennec centre d'art
The contemporary art centre of the Domaine de Kerguéhennec was built on the foundations of the sculpture park. Its programming has earned it an international audience. At first run by the "Frac Bretagne" in the summer period, it has been permanent since the appointment of Denys Zacharopoulos, the centre's first director, from 1992 to 1999. The exhibitions are renewed every two or three months. They are open to artists of all nationalities, exclusively devoted to contemporary creation and geared towards the most demanding investigation. Solo exhibitions (retrospectives or specific projects) are favoured, but they alternate with themed exhibitions and hangings of guest collections, French or foreign, public or private; the "Frac Bretagne", invited every year, remains a privileged guest in this respect.
