Château de Saint-Laurent-le-Minier

The château de Rochefort, dating from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, is the commune's best tourist asset. It is private property classified as a historic monument since 1988 and declared heritage of the commune. Consequently, everything around it is also protected, namely the French-style garden at the foot of the château, the nymphaeum, the aqueduct, the drawing room, the hydraulic installation, the elevation, the roof, the statue, the interior and exterior decoration. You can also see at Saint-Laurent-le-Minier churches, temples and ice houses built in the Middle Ages.
