Tour de la Lanterne dite des 4 Sergents
The Lantern Tower (15th century) is, with the Saint-Nicolas Tower and the Chain Tower, one of the three seafront towers of La Rochelle, in the Charente-Maritime, remnants of the medieval fortifications that protected the port.
It is also known as the Tour du Garrot, the Priests' Tower and the Tower of the Four Sergeants. It was listed as a historic monument on 17 February 1879.
