Puits des Tines
The Puits des Tines is a waterfall of the Séran, as well as a picturesque site of the Valromey, in the Ain département. It lies in the territory of the former commune of Champagne-en-Valromey, now part of Valromey-sur-Séran, near the hamlet of Lilignod. This corner of the Bugey, on the edge of the Jura massif, is little visited: it is a pretty stop for a quiet walk, far from the major tourist sites. The Séran's flow varies with the seasons; check with the Valromey tourist office for access and the state of the site.
