Plessis-Josso
The well-preserved and still inhabited manor rises in a pleasant green setting near a pond. Built around 1330 by Sylvestre Josso, ducal squire, during the troubled period of the Breton War of Succession (14th century), it then passed by marriage into the powerful Rosmadec family and served as the residence of important figures such as a bishop, seneschals and governors of Breton towns. At the end of the eighteenth century it became the property of the Le Mintier de Léhélec family, who still live there today.
