Les Gorges de Colombiéres
The Gorges de Colombières lie at Colombières-sur-Orb, in the north-west of the Hérault, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park.
Mountains, forests and waterfalls carved by the Arles stream make it wilder than the neighbouring Gorges d'Héric. The hike passes old cave dwellings, and swimming is possible in several places, notably in the upper gorge, before the La Fage refuge.
