Le Pallet Musée du Vignoble Nantais

At Le Pallet, in the Loire-Atlantique, the Musée du Vignoble Nantais offers an indoor and outdoor walk through its collections tracing the history of the vineyard, vine growing, winemaking and cooperage.

Of note is a very fine series of wine presses, including a long-beam press from the late 17th century. Also worth seeing are the temporary exhibitions and the video on Peter Abelard, the famous medieval theologian born at Le Pallet.
