Le Lac de Blanchemer
With the same surface area as Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Blanchemer will bring you calm and tranquillity. You can fish there for brown trout, perch, tench, roach and carp. You will discover a floating peat bog, dangerous to approach but which offers a refuge appreciated by perch and trout. This lake was dammed to produce electricity: the turbine, still in operation, was installed for that purpose at the Blanchemer bridge in 1958. The name of this lake, "white sea", comes from the reflection of snow in its waters in winter.
