la Vallèe des Singes - Romagne
La Vallée des Singes, at Romagne in the Vienne, presents more than 350 primates of some thirty species, living freely in a natural, wooded environment of 15 hectares. The park has one of the largest territories in Europe for chimpanzees.
Feeding times, spread throughout the day, are among the highlights of the visit. The park has recorded many births since it opened, including several baby gorillas. Exhibitions show what goes on behind the scenes: the arrival of a new animal, care, births and research.
A mini farm, where children can stroke goats and sheep, playgrounds and places to eat complete the site.
