La Maison de la Rivière
The Maison de la Rivière, in the Vendée, is a modern, interactive interpretation centre in a former watermill. It reveals the secrets of the river in four areas, and the visit ends with a 'life-size' audiovisual show.
Outside, the unspoilt surroundings can be explored by boat, alone or with a guide, and along footpaths. A family treasure trail, nature outings and the cultural and festive events of the Estivales de la Rivière complete the offer.
