La Cascade d'Endinosa

Corse-du-Sud, Corse

The Endinosa waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in Corsica, with a height of more than 95 metres. It is in the Aïtone forest, in Corse-du-Sud, a massif rising between 800 and 2,000 metres' altitude, on the slope between Evisa and the Col de Vergio.

The Aïtone forest is known for its Corsican pines, some of which are very tall. The Endinosa waterfall remains more discreet than the Aïtone waterfalls, lower down by the roadside and much busier. It interests above all lovers of unspoilt mountain landscapes, ready to move away from developed sites to discover a wild corner of the forest.
