Château de Malesherbes
The Château de Malesherbes is in the commune of Le Malesherbois, in the north of the Loiret, on the edge of the Gâtinais. It stands in a wooded park of about a hundred hectares and is a historic monument.
Its façade combines brick and stone. The château was run by a hotel chain from the late 1990s to 2007, then bought by a private owner. It is private property: the only public opening reported in the sources dates from summer 2008, limited to the exterior. No recent information confirms visits today; to find out whether access is offered, for example during Heritage Days, enquire at Le Malesherbois town hall.
