Château de Malbrouck

Moselle, Grand Est

The castle of Malbrouck, historically the castle of Meinsberg, is a fortress in the commune of Manderen-Ritzing, in the north of the Moselle, in the Three Borders country, close to Luxembourg and Germany. It overlooks the village of Manderen with its four towers. It was built in the early 15th century by the powerful lord Arnold VI of Sierck.

The castle belongs to the Moselle département and is part of the 'Passionnément Moselle' network of tourist sites. It is a listed historic monument. It offers exhibitions and events throughout the year and combines well with the neighbouring village and the Three Borders country.
