Château de Lavagnac

The Château de Lavagnac is a private building on the private estate of the same name, in the commune of Montagnac, near Pézenas, in the Hérault. It dates from the 17th and 18th centuries and is listed as a historic monument.

In the early 2000s it became the property of the company Châteaux Holding, which agreed with the regional land agency SAFER to transfer ownership of the estate on 30 June 2006. The site covers a vast 70-hectare estate whose French formal garden and château are listed.
