Cascade de Neyrat
The Neyrat waterfall is in the commune of Lapleau, in the Corrèze, in an area of gorges and forests bordering the Luzège valley, on the edge of the Millevaches plateau. It is the goal of a loop hike starting from Lapleau village, through plateau landscapes cut by gorges, with several climbs and descents.
The fairly sporty path is presented by the Haute-Corrèze tourist offices as a fine discovery away from the busiest trails. Lapleau also offers other walks nearby, notably around the viaducts and the Luzège gorges.
