Au Paradis du Papillon
Au Paradis du Papillon, in the Landes, presents exotic species in a covered garden where the animals find their natural living conditions: humidity, plants and parasites. Visitors can observe the different stages of the butterfly's life cycle, from egg to caterpillar, chrysalis and adult.
Other creatures are also on show, such as the Madagascar hissing cockroach, the millipede, the silkworm and the stick insect, which blends into the vegetation.
