Vélo-Rail du Val du Haut-Morin
Original and fun, the Haut-Morin valley rail-bike at La Ferté-Gaucher is the ideal playful activity to discover the landscapes of the Grand Morin valley, the fauna and flora of the Ferté hinterland and a few unmissable sites, such as the Commanderie de Coutran.
Taken by a tourist train to the rail-bike's starting station at Lescherolles, where themed exhibitions on nature, railway life and a sale of local produce await them, rail-bike passengers set off to discover a route crossing a sensitive natural area (ENS) of the département. They pedal on an old railway for about 13 km round trip for three hours of ride.
