Source de la bidouze
The Bidouze rises in the Arbailles limestone massif, in the commune of Saint-Just-Ibarre, at the back of a cave with a particularly impressive entrance porch. It springs from a small underground lake called Eltzarreko Ordokia.
The river, 82.2 kilometres long, then receives the waters of the Joyeuse at Saint-Palais and the Lihoury at Bidache. It finally flows into the Adour, of which it is a left-bank tributary, near Guiche.
