Le Saut des Maillys
The Saut des Maillys tumbles over a group of mossy boulders in a forested combe of the Jura, in the commune of Conte.
The site was once linked to a mill, whose remains can still be seen nearby, a reminder of the traditional use of water power in this mountain region. The path to the waterfall crosses a forest typical of the Jura massif, mixing firs and broadleaved trees in an unspoilt setting.
