Réserve zoologique de Calviac

Dordogne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

The Calviac Zoological Reserve is a French zoological park open since 3 August 2008.

The park specialises in rare and threatened species: the elegant maned wolf, the improbable tapir, the formidable fossa, the mink of our rivers, the good-natured-looking wolverine, the giant blue pigeon of New Guinea, in total 29 species and 150 animals.

A remarkable wooded setting, shaded paths, waterfalls.
