Plage de Saleccia

Haute-Corse, Corse

Saleccia beach is one of the most beautiful in Haute-Corse. It stretches over more than a kilometre in the Agriates desert, a territory that has remained wild between Saint-Florent and the Ostriconi. Its very fine white sand, vegetation-covered dunes and turquoise sea give it the look of a lagoon, all the more so as no paved road leads there.

It is reached by boat from Saint-Florent, on foot by a path that follows the coast, or by a track reserved for suitable vehicles. Behind the beach, a pine grove offers shade. Bring water, food and sunscreen, as facilities remain limited, and respect this fragile environment.
