Parc animalier de Pradinas

The Pradinas animal park, now often called the Parc Animalier du Ségala, is at La Riale, Pradinas, in the Ségala, in the south of the Aveyron. It offers a walk of about three kilometres through a wooded, rolling park of several dozen hectares.

Visitors discover bears, wolves, lynx, deer, wild boar, coatis, monkeys and birds of prey, as well as bison and cattle. A children's farm completes the route.

In season there are falconry demonstrations and animal presentations, and activities with the keepers during school holidays. The site also has a playground, a restaurant, a small museum of farm tools and picnic areas. Groups can opt for a guided tour on foot or by little train.
