Micropolis Cité des insectes

Micropolis, the Cité des insectes, is on the Lévézou plateau at Saint-Léons, in the Aveyron, about fifteen minutes from the Millau Viaduct. The site is inspired by the entomologist Jean-Henri Fabre, born in Saint-Léons, and by the film Microcosmos.

Over 2,400 m², its permanent exhibitions introduce a wide variety of insects, how they live and how they behave in their natural habitat. Outdoor pavilions extend the exploration of the insect world.
