Musée de l'école de Chartres et d'Eure-et-Loir

The School Museum of Chartres and the Eure-et-Loir is tucked away inside the La Brèche school. Stepping through the door, visitors find themselves in a strikingly lifelike classroom from the early 20th century.

Authentic furniture and rare items, inkwells, uniforms, satchels and other period teaching aids surprise the youngest visitors and bring back a flavour of childhood to older ones.
