Musée de l'aventure du son

The Musée de l'Aventure du Son, at Saint-Fargeau in the Yonne, presents collections gathered since 1995. Together they now form the largest public collection in Europe of phonographs, radios and mechanical musical instruments.

The museum also gives ample space to the history of sound reproduction, from the first experiments in the early 19th century to the methods developed in the 1960s.
