Moulin Amour

The Moulin Amour, in the Eure, is recorded in the archives as early as 1411. It is the only survivor of the seventeen watermills listed on the Oison.

Its overshot bucket wheel was rebuilt in 1992 to the old design; it is the only one known to be working in the département.

The tour of the interior takes place around the working machinery, with various exhibitions and demonstrations of milling and stone-ground flour making. Outside are the millpond and a small botanical garden.
