Maisons Comtoises de Nancray
The Maisons comtoises museum at Nancray, in the Doubs, brings together in a large park fifteen Franche-Comté houses from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, with their outbuildings.
Their surroundings have been recreated, with gardens, fields, orchards and a pond, and farm animals are present. Along the way, free themed tours cover housing, the environment, traditional skills, cooking and gardens, and tastings of local produce are offered.
