La Divine Fromagerie
La Divine Fromagerie, in the Haute-Marne, presents the making of Caprice des Dieux, a popular cheese produced on site.
The visit introduces the aromas of cheese, the milking of a Montbéliarde cow and the stages of cheese-making on a large touch table. Visitors can also personalise a Caprice box and watch the adverts that made the brand famous. The visit ends with a tasting and a shop selling cheeses and local products.
