Château de Coat-an-noz
The Manoir de la Bosse, a large house without much character, was the first home of the Faucigny family before 1850. The present Château de Coat-an-Noz, in the Côtes-d'Armor, was built in 1870.
It was electrified in 1898 thanks to a turbine system, still in place and working until 1955, and an electric line linking a mill to the château, of which remains of the poles and concrete bases survive. It also had running water, pumped electrically from the Gilo spring into zinc tanks placed under the roof timbers.
