Cascade d'Arcouzan
The Arcouzan waterfall is a natural waterfall of the Pyrenees, in the Mont-Valier massif, in the commune of Seix, in the Ariège. The Arcouzan stream, which descends from the Col du Cruzous, forms a main fall of about 55 metres, preceded upstream by three more modest falls.
It lies in the Arcouzan wood and is reached by the GR 10 long-distance path, from the communal road that serves the hamlets of Moulin-Lauga, Couflens-de-Betmajou or Estours, south-west of Seix. It is a rather little-known hiking objective, but appreciated.
