Val d'Allos 1500 Le Seignus

Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

The Val d'Allos, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, lies in the southern Alps and the upper Verdon valley. It combines two complementary ski resorts, Le Seignus and La Foux, and a traditional mountain village, on the edge of the Mercantour National Park. The resorts are labelled Famille Plus.

The Val d'Allos is where the Alps meet the Mediterranean climate, with high mountain landscapes and vegetation with a southern feel. The Verdon, a lively torrent above Allos, rises on the slopes of the Col d'Allos at 2,240 metres.
