Maison de la Vanoise
A permanent exhibition on the sharing of the mountain environment between agriculture, tourism and national park. 3 viewpoints meet there: "nature subject", "nature object" and "nature project". Educational activity room with viewing of nature documentaries. On the ground floor, a virtual 3D fly-over of the protected areas of the Alpine arc with "Vivialp". Educational activity room on specific themes: bearded vulture, mountain landscapes, fragility of species and environments. Emblematic species: the marmot, the ibex and the golden eagle.
Pralognan-la-Vanoise is a mountain village of the Vanoise massif, in Tarentaise, in the Savoie département. It is a summer and winter sports tourist resort, set in the heart of the Vanoise national park, offering many mountain activities, including hiking.
