Le Grand Colombier
A massive silhouette towering over the upper Rhône valley and the Bugey vineyards, in the Ain, the Grand Colombier (1,534 metres) is the southernmost of the major summits of the Jura mountains.
With Mont Blanc in sight, the panorama takes in at once the three great Alpine lakes of Le Bourget, Annecy and Geneva. The Grand Colombier and its surroundings offer many hiking and mountain-biking routes.
