Le Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours

Nièvre, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

The Nevers Magny-Cours circuit is a car and motorcycle racing circuit at Magny-Cours, in the Nièvre, in Burgundy. Opened in 1961 as the Circuit Jean Behra, it was entirely remodelled in 1988 to host Formula 1 races.

Today it hosts major competitions every season, such as the Superbike World Championship, the GT World Challenge Europe and the French Superbike Championship. In 2026 it also hosted the start of a Tour de France stage.

The public can take part in driving courses and passenger rides in cars or on motorcycles, or go karting. Race weekends draw many spectators, and accommodation is available nearby, notably in Nevers.
