Le Cassissium
A 'Site remarquable du goût'. Over more than 1,000 m², discover all the secrets of blackcurrant: its history, cultivation, processing and many uses in Burgundy and around the world. Museum displays, a guided tour of the Védrenne production site (30 min), a multimedia show, interactive terminals and a tasting (crème de cassis, Védrenne liqueurs and brandies). A 10-minute film in French with English and German subtitles, 'Le cassis fait son cinéma', features six extracts from great French films in which blackcurrant takes pride of place.
