La croisière du Prince Henry

The Prince Henry cruise offers a commented trip of about an hour on the Baïse at Nérac, in the Lot-et-Garonne, aboard a 75-seat varnished wooden gabare.

The route reveals Nérac, the town of the young Henri IV's love affairs, and its river port: the Pont-Vieux, the King's Baths, the Fleurette fountain and the passage through the Nazareth lock. Departures run regularly from 1 April to 1 November; times should be checked locally.
