Dinopedia Parc
Dinopedia Parc is a leisure park devoted to dinosaurs, set in the countryside of the Cévennes at Champclauson, in the commune of La Grand-Combe, in the Gard. It presents itself as the largest animated dinosaur park in France and, according to tourist offices, has more than 140 life-size animated reproductions.
The visit combines science and play: a time corridor, digging areas, a cinema, a magic tree and a fossil forest explored by little train. There are also tree-top trails, play areas, mini cars and a themed mini-golf evoking the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. Open seasonally, it is aimed at families, especially children, and is reached by the D286 from La Grand-Combe.
