Cité souterraine de Naours
The Naours caves, in the Somme, form an underground city that served as a shelter for the people of the area. In all, 28 galleries and 300 chambers provided refuges and hiding places.
The visit ended with a display of old Picardy trades, with waxwork figures: saddler, basket maker, farrier… Around the museum, a 12-hectare park with animals is good for a walk.
