Cité Médiévale de Crémieu
The small town of Crémieu, nestled beneath its hills and limestone cliffs, lies in the Isle Crémieu and the Pays des Couleurs, in the far north of the Isère, 30 minutes south-east of Lyon. It has a remarkable and remarkably preserved architectural heritage that bears witness to the intense commercial, then religious, activity that developed from the twelfth century.
