Château de Sans-Souci

From the 19th century the Château de Sans-Souci, in the Rhône, belonged to the Roux de Bézieux family, and in 1972 it was bought by a property developer.

From 1973 to 1976 it housed the École du Tournesol, which experimented with a teaching method based on children's free choice. The château is now at the heart of a development zone that bears its name and has become an events venue.
