Château de Curton
The château de Curton is a medieval castle and wine estate at Daignac, in the Gironde, in the Entre-deux-Mers region, 30 kilometres from Bordeaux. It dates from the thirteenth century and has been listed as a historic monument since 1926. It produces red and rosé wines under the Bordeaux appellation.
It is both an authentic castle, which has kept its medieval architecture, and a wine château, where great Bordeaux wines are made, available at the château or by delivery. It also offers a gîte to stay in the outbuildings. The visit lets you discover medieval architecture and the world of wine, in a landscape of vines and hillsides.
