Batterie Todt
The Todt Battery is a Second World War German coastal artillery battery on the southern part of Cap Gris-Nez. It was one of the most important coastal batteries of the Atlantic Wall, equipped notably with four 380 mm naval guns with a maximum range of 55.7 kilometres, able to reach the English coast, installed in four large reinforced-concrete casemates.
One of the casemates now houses a museum on the Second World War.
