Palmeraie du Sarthou

In the heart of the Gers, the Palmeraie du Sarthou, labelled Jardin remarquable since 2006, is an exotic landscaped garden. It introduces the history and cultivation of palms, banana plants, bamboos, agaves and prickly pears.

A playful trail has been designed especially for children. Exhibitions of wood and stone sculptures echo the plant world of the site, which combines a change of scene with ecological awareness.
