Musée des Beaux-Arts et de la Dentelle
The Musée des Beaux-Arts et de la Dentelle is in Alençon, the prefecture of the Orne. It introduces visitors to the famous local speciality, Alençon lace, as well as fine arts (painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture), and has an area on the ethnography of Cambodia around 1900.
The museum is housed in the former Jesuit college, restored in 1981.
