Le Château des Aventuriers
The Château des Aventuriers is a family leisure park on the Les Sables-d'Olonne road at Avrillé, in the Vendée. It is built around the Château de la Guignardière, a Renaissance building listed as a historic monument.
The idea is to make each visitor the hero of an adventure. Four immersive trails of about an hour to an hour and a half are offered: a detective investigation in the château, an air-conditioned indoor escape game called the Haunted House, an outdoor pirate treasure hunt and a dinosaur-themed forest trail.
The park also offers activities, château tours and birthday parties. It welcomes families with children of all ages, including teenagers, as well as school groups and works councils.
