La Ferme Equilibre
The Ferme Équilibre, in the Vendée, is a 10-hectare nature park. Six equestrian shows a day take place in a 30,000 m² maize maze: horse ploughing, the miniatures' dance, Zorro the horse, the sheep round-up, 'Good luck, Lucky' and 'Don Diego of the Farm'.
A free farmers' market is held in the barn. During the day there is a butter-making demonstration followed by a tasting of farm produce. Food is available on site, and picnics are allowed.
